Integral Shaft Bearings

Motion offers integral shaft bearings from leading brands like NSK. Integral shaft bearings are designed and engineered for high speed applications. They are double row bearings, but do not have an inner ring like conventional double row bearings. The raceways are machined directly into the surface of the integrated shaft. Because of this, there is more space available for roller elements in integral shaft bearings and they have a higher specific load-carrying capability than single row bearings. Integral shaft bearings have a broad range of load-carrying capabilities due to the small design envelope.
