- Bearing damage from displaced springs is prevented by the unique combination of a finger spring mechanically locking a garter spring into place
- The special garter and finger spring combinations reduces leaks caused by high shaft runout by applying consistent lip load around the entire shaft
- After events where excess runout may have occurred, the garter spring locked into place by the finger spring will rebound towards its nominal location to resume effective sealing
- Heavy duty metal case provides maximum bore retention
- Metal filler ring prevents seal distortion seal ensuring a true fit in the bore
- Sealing element will not fall out of case with bond failure
- A brass insert clamps to the element, and the metal filler ring mechanically locks the components into place..
