How to Request a Quote


Requesting a quote through the Motion.com website is easy! You simply find the product that you want, add it to your cart and then hit Request a Quote

  1. Find the Product that you want to have quoted.
  2. Hit the Add to Cart button.
  3. You can continue to shop, or you can proceed to View Cart and Checkout.
  4. Once you go to View Cart and Checkout, select Request a Quote. (Image 1)
  5. You will then receive a message as well as an email stating that the item that you selected has been submitted for a Quote and that you will be receiving your quote soon.

Once your quote is completed, you will receive an email stating that your quote request has been priced. From there, you can place your order.

  1. You will receive an email stating that your Quote has been priced. (Image 2) From there you can view your quote, or log into our website to see your quote and convert it to an order.
  2. Once in Quotes Ready for Review, you can select the Convert to Order button to place your quoted item into your Cart to Checkout. (Image 3). Items from multiple quotes can be added to the cart for checkout.
  3. If you viewed your quote from the email and cannot locate your quote in the Quotes area of the Dashboard, go into your Orders and locate the quoted item under the Unfinished Orders. From there, you can Continue your order.
  4. Quotes are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the quote will move to the Expired tab. Any expired quotes can be resubmitted to the branch to update the pricing by selecting the Requote button. (Image 4)
