Using the NFPA Cylinder Configurator

When using this configurator, you will be able to build cylinders to customer specifications without needing to reach out to Emerson directly, resulting in a faster lead time. The configurator will provide you with the ability to quickly and accurately build the correct model and provide a quote for that specific model code. Aventics Configurator Link

Navigate to the Aventics branding page (click link).
- Under the All Products drop-down, select Shop by Brand and find Aventics.
- Or enter Aventics in the top search bar.
Begin the configuration of the cylinder by selecting the appropriate tile based on your requirements. Continue to work through the configuration based on your specifications.
On the final selection page, you can select specific settings that will be added to the Model Code as additional options. All settings have to be filled out, even if the value is “0”.
Once all of the settings are selected, you can either select to view the CAD drawing by selecting the “Link to CAD Drawing” button or add the cylinder to your cart to request a quote by selecting the “+ Add to Cart for Quote” button. NOTE: You have to be signed in to add the item to the cart. From there you can place the quote request.
You can use the “start over” button in the upper hand right corner to begin a new configuration
