Tracking, Invoices, and Packing Slips


Find tracking info, invoices, and packing slips using the dashboard. Orders placed on Motion.com or through a Motion sales representative will be found here. 

  1. You can easily navigate between Orders, Quotes, Buy It Again, and Invoices by clicking their respective tabs.
  2. Once you click on a specific tab, your information will be filtered by Open, Shipped, Unfinished, and more. Then you can quickly filter by Last 200, Ordered Date and Submitted By. You can click Track All/Track It to track specific orders.
  1. The Shipped Tab can be found under Orders on the Motion.com website Dashboard. Within this tab, you will have the ability to see tracking, Proof of Deliveries (P.O.D.), Invoices, and Packing Slips.

  2. The Track it or Track all link will take you directly to the UPS or FedEx website to track the shipment of the selected listing.

  3. Every shipment will show the Invoice and Packing Slip links. By clicking on either link, it will show a copy of the Motion Invoice or Motion Packing Slip for that shipment.

  4. A signature is required upon delivery if the shipment was delivered by one of our Motion delivery vehicles. The P.O.D link will show a PDF of the signed packing slip.

  5. The Quick Search bar can be used to locate shipped orders by entering the PO number or any other order identifier.
