Overview

• May be used to simplify pump pricing at start-up in a blocked circuit, or to remove air trapped in the system
• When used to remove air trapped in the system, the valve should be placed at the highest point of the circuit
• Lets air pass at low pressure (startup) to the drain, and shuts off oil flow at pressures above 0.83 bar (12 psi)
• The valve will pass 7.6 L/min (2 US GPM) just before shutting off
• Recommended only for systems with a minimum supply that exceeds 7.6 L/min (2 US gpm)
