9HF306-R 9"X9" HELICOID FLIGHT
- Helicoid Flights are formed in a special rolling machine by forming a steel strip into a continuous one-piece helix of the desired diameter, pitch and thickness to fit conveyor screw pipes.
- The helicoid flight is tapered in cross section, with the thickness at the inner edge approximately twice the thickness of the outer edge.
- Stock helicoid flight screw diameter from 4 in – 18 in and thickness from 3/16 in – 5/16 in.
- Right hand flight helix wraps around the pipe in a clockwise direction.
- Limited to carbon steel and diameters up to 18"
- Pitches can be varied but limited to 1/2 and 2/3
