74213208 KN 3/8-16 KNURLED LOCK NUT
  • High torque check nuts are jammed against another nut in high-torque applications. They are used in jig & fixture work.
  • Round knurled head types have thick, cylindrical heads with a pattern of ridges that allow for easy gripping & tightening by hand.
  • Steel is strong & durable but less corrosion resistant than stainless steel. To improve its resistance to corrosion, it may receive additional finishes & coatings.
  • UNC indicates unified national coarse thread standards. Coarse threads have more TPI (threads per inch) & larger thread pitches.
