  • Check nuts are installed by hand over the first nut to prevent fasteners from loosening. They are used in high-vibration applications.
  • Round knurled head types have thick, cylindrical heads with a pattern of ridges that allow for easy gripping & tightening by hand.
  • Stainless steel is a strong, corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent resistance to heat. It is used in high-stress, outdoor & corrosive applications.
  • UNC indicates unified national coarse thread standards. Coarse threads have more TPI (threads per inch) & larger thread pitches.
