The Type 01 straight wheel features a VTR bond system that ensures better part tolerance and form holding on CNC cutting tool machines, cylindrical grinders and surface grinders. An advanced proprietary aluminum oxide abrasive allows for easier cutting and offers double the performance of standard abrasives while minimizing power draw and burn. The wheel works best at moderate to heavy feed rates and offers increased grinding efficiency with tool steels and hard and soft carbon steels.
