Overview

• Expansion reamers are constructed with an adjustable screw that increases the diameter of the cutting head. They are used to expand hole sizes. They maintain their original dimensions after being resharpened.|High speed steel (HSS) provides good wear resistance and can be used in general purpose applications for both ferrous and nonferrous materials.|Straight flute reamers are the most common and are used in general purpose though-hole applications. They are used for reaming holes without interrupted cuts.
