- Combination slotted/Phillips drive types are used with either a slotted or Phillips driver. They combine the linear slot of slotted head types with the cross-shaped slot of Phillips head types.
- Round head types are dome shaped with flat bearing surfaces. They have a higher head height than pan head fasteners.
- Steel is strong & durable but less corrosion resistant than stainless steel. To improve its resistance to corrosion, it may receive additional finishes & coatings.
- Type F thread cutting screws have a tapered point & are ideal for steel, plastic & brass.
