• Brush Research’s copper center wheel brushes are available in 1.500”- 4.000” diameters. These small diameter wheels are easy to control in hand applications and do not push away from the workpiece like larger diameter brushes can. Available in a variety of filaments including carbon steel, stainless steel, nylon, abrasive nylon and Tampico. Ideal for applications where light deburring, edge blending and general surface finishing are necessary. Brushes can be mounted/stacked together in multiples to make a wider face width and are designed to operate at high speeds (MSFS 20,000). Copper center wheel brushes are available with 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" arbor holes, depending on wheel diameter. Proudly made in the USA.
