Motion offers a variety of concentric collars from leading brands like Link-Belt (Rexnord), Dodge and PEER Bearing. Concentric collars are used to lock bearings onto shafts in limited-space, reverse-shaft rotation applications. They prevent burring and protect the bearing's inner ring. Concentric collars are locked onto shafts with setscrews, which can be manually loosened to remove the collar. Concentric collars can be mounted in pillow blocks or flange housings. Flange configurations vary greatly and range from small, two-bolt flanges to larger, four-bolt cartridge flanges.
